Our
Chairman, Ken Negus, has been involved for over 40 years. He was a
founder member and first Chairman of the Committee of the Stone Cleaning
and Restoration Section of the Stone Federation. His son Graham, Managing
Director of the Company, was appointed in June 1994 as Chairman of that
same Committee. The Stone Federation of Great Britain is an organization
which aims to increase awareness among the trade and property professionals
of the need to ensure that work is specified and carried out to the highest
possible standards by highly skilled and trained contractors.
Our commitment to quality
is the same now, in the family’s third generation, as it was in the beginning.
Our years of experience, coupled with the advance of technology, means
that the standard of service offered is ever improving, and our reputation
is built upon this. The Company puts great emphasis
on training and all staff receive regular training in safety, new products
and equipment.
All site staff are CSCS registered and we were one of the
first companies in the UK to have employees awarded an NVQ in Façade Maintenance
- Cleaning.
No job is too small or too
large from cleaning the fireplace in your front room, to a Cathedral,
which can take five years to complete when carried out in stages.
